Who we are...

The Nome Northstar Swim Team
is a USA Club team in Nome, Alaska.

We have swimmers seven years old and older who practice in
Nome’s City Pool.



We are part of Northern Area Aquatics Club, based in Fairbanks,
and
Alaska Swimming.

All Alaska Swimming clubs are registered with USA Swimming.

Alaska is a very diversified state with few roads connecting the towns.
We are able to learn about the
many different areas of the state when we fly
to swim meets in other parts of the state.




The Nome Nanooks

are the Nome-Beltz High School Swim Team.
Because Unalaska is the only other high school team in our region
with a pool, we compete in Fairbanks with the teams from that area.
